Good stay

We were upgraded for free to an executive room with super view at 29th floor. The pillows were great.

The bathroom was old and in general the aspect was old. The reception was moved to the 32nd floor and this was a bit confusing. Also, the staff wasn't very friendly. The pool is open till 8PM which doesn't give you the chance to relax in the evening.

Great hotel in a quiet Soi near Sukhumvit

We come to this hotel since 12 years and always love it. Spacoius rooms, nice lobby, good selection on breakfast buffet. Birds flying around inside. For 2 double rooms we got 2 with connecting door. Great for a family. Fmous German restaurant just in front

Windsor suites

Suite was large with separate dining area .housekeeping very good . Pool was lovely ,lots of seating with pool bar

Unfortunately in the middle of refurbishment so little bit of drilling into concrete resonated through building . Breakfast not for Westerners ! Overwhelming selection for Asians .

Grand hotel, spectacular views. Best pool I've had in Bangkok. Wish we had stayed longer

Large room with a wonderful view, fantastic pool. We loved the huge open reception/lounge. Amazing choice of breakfast

The view from room

Air conditioning, WiFi was terrible, breakfast not tasty at all. Service wasn’t so good. Problems with door card, couldn’t open! We checked in at 16:00 and were send to room that wasn’t ready. Very expensive mini bar. No personal attitude

Staff were great and close to shopping

Bed was comfortable and the soup cook was great

Cleaning of the room was not good as I was looking under the sink (basin) for a plug and there was a condom wrapper under there and probably still is!!! Also I wasn’t a smoker but was put on the smoking floor but hey i was only looking for a bed that was comfortable anyway..

Pleasant stay but could have been better

Location is very good, walking distance to the BTS and MRT rail. free Shuttle to MBK mall. lots of eateries near by. Soi Cowboy is within walking distance

Breakfast most items are cold and have been made very early, specially the eggs. maybe add some more variety. Rooms are outdated and not very clean.

Quality Hotel in a good location

I've stayed at this hotel before and the location suites the purpose of visit very good sized room - we required separate bed for 11 year old and there was still plenty of space in the room bathroom, very well equipped and the separate lounge space was more than we hoped very good buffet breakfast staff very helpful hotel location was a reasonably short walk from Skytrain station

What I didn't like - Nothing - I've been to this hotel before and if there wasn't anything I didn't like - I would not return !!!!

Arrived late was welcomed very well the main reception was being worked on so closed the entrance was round the side which was a little confusing at first rooms large clean pool area lovely didn’t use thy gym breakfast wAs fantastic on the top floor

We had a issue with hot water but was advised if we run the water for 5 mins before we wanted a shower it would be hot seamed a lot of wasted water to me but it did work

great location, excellent staff, great hotel

location, free cocktails and food every day with happy hour in executive lounge, veiws from our room on 31st floor, staff, pillows, breakfast in the executive lounge

shower pressure could have been better, but we were on the 31st floor so didnt mind to much, bed could be a bit softer.

Friendly staff but starting to show age.

The rooms whilst comfortable enough are starting to show age. Also the toilet overflowed in our room and would.t flush which was most annoying and discomforting.

Staff are excellent and so helpful.

Staff are excellent and so helpful. Beds comfortable and clean. Pool and fitness are good. Seafood buffet in the evening was superb. Short walk to train and Terminal 21 or EmQuarter shopping. Breakfast had a good selection and wasn’t too crowded.

Room we had this time had bath and shower combined, prefer stand alone shower. It was a bit slippery getting in and out of the bath and shower. Room needs a little bit of maintenance as wallpaper is coming off the walls in places. WiFi kept dropping out in room.

The hotel has a big name but really is not worth for the money. Lack of good food and bad WiFi

I did not like anything much in this hotel evethough claimed to be 4 stars, but looks like 3 stars

Wifi was a night mare. Every time you have to log on even going down or up.

The location was very good near Asok train station You have shopping area like central 21 near by and Starbucks and massage shops The rooms are big and spacious

The hotel is very old and the bed sheet was very old and uncomfortable I have seeing cockroach in the room It needs renovation u feel u are in the 80s The smell in the corridors very bed feels like u are in the hospital

Great deal, Executive Suite, massive suite with desperate...

Great deal, Executive Suite, massive suite with desperate living room. Staying in these suites entitled you to breakfast and evening drinks and canapés in the executive lounge on the 32nd floor. Pool - Excellent free form pool which was great to relax in after a busy day. Views from our room over Bangkok with the floor to ceiling windows where breath taking.

Nothing really, it is a big business hotel that is looking its age, but for the deal we got it meet all our family needs.

This is my favorite hotel in Sukumvit area.

This is my favorite hotel in Sukumvit area. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are large and the suite area is great for having visitors. Room service is very prompt. Reception are very friendly and professional.

The only gripe is that hot water has on the odd occasion run out... but not an issue really as the cold is luke warm.

Poor service for the money.

Location was about it....

Aside from the fact that I was injured on their property and the night shift Asst. Manager basically laughed at me when I explained that their elevator door closed on me, but one evening myself and spouse decided to stay in and order room service. Upon getting our food, my wife took a few spoonfulls of soup and noticed a cockroach walking around the service platter the food was served on! I've stayed in some nice and mid level hotels all over Bangkok, but this is the first time I've stayed at a 4 Star hotel serving roaches to customers.
